To really understand Lil B "The Based God" you have to go back to a time when the Based God was just being created, The Based God is Lil B's alternate ego. This alternate ego helps Lil B express the things that his previous career as Rapper Lil B, best known for being a part of the Rap Movement "The Pack". You probable heard their Hit Single "Got my Vans on".

So because, he went through the phases that he went through, Lil B does songs and videos like this. The show his fun and playful side. The other side of Lil B is the Side he is best known for. This is the side of him that doesn't take Rap music serious, he uses songs like these to get that point across.
Lil B and the Based God are two different artists. Most of all Lil b's message is to have fun and be yourself. Thats pretty much it, how could you hate that?
